Interesting tech but no stability. A startup on it's last leg.

Pros

Airstrip offers the chance to work on interesting projects in healthcare IT. A pool of great talent and caring people to work with.

Cons

Without any leadership or market insight this startup can't turn a profit and is floundering. In recent months several key management positions have been vacated including both co-founders, company president, and engineering VP.

Pros

The official weekly schedule was M-W in the office and Th-F working from home; however, it was not uncommon to work 100% remote or just pick and choose when you came in the office.

Cons

Left due to sudden layoffs and in the time I was there, my bonus was never paid out due to the company never making a profit. Many key individuals left the company during my employment and projects were nearly always in a constant state of chaos as these positions were never backfilled. No room for growth in my position.

Lack of leadership, heavy policits for such a small organization, osing customers, founders and top-tier employees are no longer at Airstrip
