      Worked with some genuinely great people. Compensation was a little on the low side for experienced staff, but as a new company, I didn't think it was completely out of line.

      Cons

      Unfortunately senior leadership was being misled, so much so, US division has shut down. One employee specifically was very untrustworthy, would lie to everyone.

      Only good thing is salary.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible and has no idea what it is doing. The company has a manager that is scared to talk to customers. The product is absolutely terrible and I had multiple customers tell me the samples had broken during testing. They will reel you in with a nice salary but it is definitely not worth it. Having a good boss is very valuable and AirTac has zero leadership.
