The management is more focused on money than they are the people that work for them. They approach their workforce with the mentality that they do not care how the employees feel about their work and do little to make their seasoned employees feel appreciated. When it comes to processes they are stuck in the past and have a "this is have we have always done it" mentality and are not willing to listen to new ideas even when what they are doing is failing. They boast of a family style environment, but the management treats employees as if they do not matter. The attitude or morale of your workforce will reflect the actions of the leadership. This is true for Airtech.
