      Cons

      Inconsistent pay across teams, most are overworked and underpaid. Executive level management is poor, meetings are ineffective and a waste of time, the dysfunction starts at the top.

      Pros

      The explorers (app users) made the experience so amazing. The coworkers were all friendly and fun to work with.

      Cons

      There was no room for growth. Pay at the time was really low but I think they have since raised it.
