work-life balance and free food paid by investors are the only perks.

Cons

talents are not valued. have to be in good books with management to be get good assignments..lots of litigations, even got sued by their own accounts!

ability to work from home..good industry..but the company is not poised to fail

Cons

Management is clueless - no business insights no backbone no strategy no vision They will try random things to keep the clients, including random things that will be shot down..End of the day the engineers will be working all night resulting in things that are neither clients nor management are happy with..You will spend 3 consecutive all nights ending with management shouting at you.. Relationship with clients are terrible and this causes plenty of stress..
