Salary on time, Learning Environment, Seniors guidance. Minimal pay for certifications.

Cons

No yearly increment, No Bonus, limited medical, Charge for family Ticket but still no confirm seat, ramdan alloance 200 Rs per shift, no overtime. No chance to get promotion on the basis of skills, knowledge but only experience base. Hire person on the wage of mazdoor.
