People are helpful and would like to get you on speed. The process little skirmish but still flexible to change. Company has been around for quite a while, that's amazing

Sometimes it might be difficult to get people together to make a sell to the customer. otherwise all good.

- work life balance - extremely flex culture focussed on delivery - complete passion to better customer experience - CEO Tricot, is just bloody brilliant!!
Cons
- on engineering side, you need to be at the top of the game. The company is growing like lawn weed so hardly much time to learn on the job. So, you better be a rockstar to be able to keep up with your peers.
