As a former employee of Aircall, I must express my disappointment in the declining company and team culture resembling a rollercoaster ride. I left a 5 star rating a few years ago and now i would rate it 0 if possible. The turnover rate is alarmingly high across all levels, notably within the C-suite. The introduction of a new leadership team has only exacerbated the issue, as their lack of alignment and contradictory decisions have left employees feeling unsettled and uncertain about the company's direction. Witnessing individuals being laid off during maternity leave or on the verge of entering it is not just disheartening but also reflects a severe lack of empathy and ethical considerations. Such actions tarnish the company's reputation and undermine trust among employees.
