      Steady weekly pay. Good PTO, sick time, okay benefits.

      Dealing with lazy members of a small team. Getting replaced by less capable employees because they are related to the manager.

      Management is passive aggressive. They are very unreadable when you are sick, they will call you say it’s a mistake just to ask when you are coming back (had Covid )
