      Pros is that you can learn lying because they are providing that kind of exposure

      Cons

      1) please put some employers who have sense. 2) slavery is abandoned decades before still we can see here. 3)Most of the top managers are illiterate can even properly understand what we say. 4) all the positive reviews are fake 5) don't ever work here, it will only cost your valuable future. 6) even on your holiday they will call you for work and we have to work alone. Reporting manager will take vacation as per holiday and won't work. 7) I can't believe how a company like this evolved.

      low pay scale appraisals delay up to 4 months cochin employees/hr doesn't have role in anything. everything decided and done by mumbai team.

      Less pay for Kochi employees Pathetic politics between Managers especially in Mumbai No activities other than works Horrible leave policies (There are 2 leaves in a month and you can't take an unplanned leave without informing 5 days before the date) Implementation and changes in company policies on monthly basis HR team 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 - No interactions with employees and nothing they'll do for their work relaxations Appraisal - Less hikes which takes upto more than 3 months after the cycle HR team doesn't know whom to retain and whom to leave. They never retains a good employee who has the product knowledge Overall - It's the best place to work if you're a workholic or a person who can stand firmly inside the cheap politics
