Airrosit used to be a great place to work until it grew too large and corporate America took over. I would never suggest anyone to join this company. Most people in management roles talk like politicians and will not admit wrong or fault. You want to confront them and point out something that isn’t working. Well, the blame will be put on you or you will be “shown” you are not doing all you can. Management loves to use words like “possibility” and “chance.” Almost no one in management has ever been in clinical practice, but they all believe they know how to run a practice better than you do. The treatment teams are worked to death, and the company only cares about your clinic if your numbers are consistently above 200 visits a month. Worst part is, management continues to make it harder and harder to grow. Enjoy working 50+ hours a week, just to be told you’re not putting in enough effort. This company will undervalue you, and when you want answers, you won’t get them. Management puts too much emphasis on numbers, but when the numbers don’t add up, it’s the clinicians’ fault. It sure is not the fact that the company is stuck in the past and refuses to press forward. This company will soon implode unless changes can be made. The way management is headed, they will jump ship before they will accept fault. This is the company’s mission statement: “To deliver the best soft tissue treatment on the planet through health care providers with a genuine passion for healing patients and a support team driven to provide every resource possible to impact the lives of our patients.” THERE IS NO SUPPORT TEAM. This company is full of disgruntled employees, and many are looking for a way out.
