      Pros

      I enjoyed all the people I worked with and felt a sense of family. The company did all they could to accomodate the personal needs I was going through.

      Cons

      The salary was lacking and I found it difficult to survive in today's economic environment without having a second job. Downsizing departments.

      Pros

      Friendly and interesting pilots to fly with, clear expectations from management, clear pay schedule. Awesome to know your schedule a year out. 8 on including travel days, 6 off. Company seems to be transitioning to home basing which is also great.

      Cons

      Lots of last minute schedule changes, but that’s private aviation for ya. Whaddaya gonna do?
