      good working environment, gives a comfortable atmosphere. Has an amazing team to work with, everyone's approachable and friendly. The company gives so much room for personal and professional growth.

      A great environment to grow

      Pros

      -Take on a lot of responsibility early on -See the impact of your decisions -Relatively flat organisation which allows you to bring your ideas to the table -Peers are always avaialble for support

      Cons

      This can be said for most startups - it's a high stress environment at times. Your decisions have a direct imapact on the livlihood of your clients and the company's bottom line. Although it does get easier to manage stress as time goes on.
