On April 4, 2026, Airspace Link implemented a reduction in force to extend the runway, 40%+ of the team gone. Many promising, highly praised team members were let go with a 10 minute announcement teams call. Many of whom have families. Terminated effective immediately, and a pittance for severance. I read the review from October 5, 2024 and hoped something had changed, but it appears this is a pattern.
There was constant optimism on Monthly meetings. Five new hires in the last few months leading up to the layoffs, many of them laid off before they finished onboarding. There is clearly a lack of respect for employees outside of the management level.
