The product is a great product and helping people live better lives is a great option to work here.

Cons

Leadership cannot make decisions quickly enough. Communication from their headquarters to the US was slow indirect and full of passive-aggressive behavior.

I loved the team I worked with! Great medical benefits day one, decent pto. Flexible manager

Cons

Business strategy was constantly changing and layoffs happened 3-4 times while I was there. Very little parental leave for US team.
