      Pros

      A passionate team that supports one another and is extremely collaborative. As a young but rapidly growing company, you have the ability to have a voice and make real change and there is always an “open door policy” mentality with senior leadership. Hard work is constantly being recognized or rewarded and you can tell that everyone shares the common goal of wanting to be the best in the industry. If you love moving at a fast pace and helping to build something, Airtower is the place for you!

      As with most young companies you wear several hats.

      Pros

      Access to leadership, extremely nimble structure, if you have a question/problem it is run up the ladder very quickly and everyone is on the same page when it is solved/answered. Profitable commission structure, you get out what you put in. Training/onboarding was very smooth and you have access to all training material 24/7.

      Cons

      Still a young company and there are some kinks that will be inevitably worked out.

      All employees have a voice at Airtower. Communication across all departments is strong. There is a culture of constantly trying to improve as individuals and as a team. It's an exciting place to work with prestigious clients and new career opportunities.

      Cons

      A small but fast-growing company means that working hard and staying focused is not just the expectation, it's an absolute requirement.
