I made an objection to some sales practices I found problematic. The legitimacy of my concern was not addressed but rather dismissed as “disrespectful”.

Hostile work environment. Heavy emphasis on politics. It doesn't matter if you are a good employee. Gender discriminant. You won't be paid what you are worth. The hire ups have no issue framing you to look bad for an excuse to fire you. The review written "DO not waste your valuable time" couldn't of put it better. It's sad to see years later the company has never changed its immoral ways. Unless you are family, you will not matter at all and this company does not deserve whatever you have to offer. They will steal what they can and move on.
