Working here gives you the opportunity to work with some very smart people in the industry with many years of experience. Since it is currently a small team, everything that you do has a big impact and it makes the actual work very rewarding as the results from your own contributions are clearly visible. Also, the location is very convenient (building is connected to subway) and the office is very new and modern with a great view, plenty of space, and stocked with lots of snacks and treats to fill any craving you may have.

I recently joined Airzai (almost 4 months back) and trust me, I'm blown away with how well this company is performing so far. In my opinion the main reason is how professional and experienced the team is. There is no micromanagement which unfortunately I have experienced alot in my past life. Plus, the CEO's drive and passion to drive this project is contagious. I personally get inspired by this passion as this project has MASSIVE opportunity! Everyone has a defined role in the company but I still see lots of collaboration happening which is great. If you're considering to be part of an exciting hardware tech company based out of Toronto and love innovating and working with a professional, experienced and fun team; I'd heavily recommend it!
