Pros

fixed working hours, rarely getting extended beyond 8 hours a day

Cons

they are bringing back full WFO, already the WFH policies were very rigid, one fixed day per week, to avail more than that you had be basically bedridden. Now that is going away as well. All such decisions are coming from the top management in the parent company, so your immediate managers are also helpless to do anything.

Pros

Timings are decent, can go home at 5

Cons

A lot of micro management Very poor management for employees, no wfh policy so strict that you could be absolutely helpless and dying but they still won't budge. during heavy rains, or even if you're really sick. Once in a while should not be such a big issue. Management is really terrible and so unbothered. increments and reviews are so unprofessional and there's no legit reasoning for anything. its actually extremely unfair as well.
