I have work for other federal contracting companies so far they have been the best I have ever work for.
Very hands on and family oriented. Always making sure you are treated good. They Celebrate you and provide high non tax bonuses each year.
Cons
Income for your position is normally on locked ...no pay increases due they are federal contracting company. Same thing with medical benefits very high deductibles.
But that is generally normal and the con side with being federal contractor in general.
