You are being promised a lot in the beginning - the opportunity to build your own team of consultants at the customers sounds like a dream, kind of like your own boss. This is far from reality. There is a complete lack of transparency from the management, and a complete lack of trust. KPI’s are set far too high for anyone to ever achieve them, and coaching from your leaders is non existent. The leadership style is extremely authoritarian, and during my time I felt it was more important to let me know in what areas I didn’t do well enough, instead of also giving me credit for victories. There was a complete lack and disconnect from even coaching us as sales people, and instead of training I was just told to push more interviews, and client meetings. During the COVID pandemic, home office was frowned upon, not seen as a possibility. Although I let manager know of my concerns, I was told that home office wasn’t a possibility. My salary in the beginning was ok, but without a clear advancements, my salary quickly became uncompetitive. The bonus is a nice addition on paper, but most of the time I had a completely different view on wether the bonus goals was reached than the company, giving me less bonus than what I could expect.
