Coworkers are awesome. They help you if you get stuck and basically they're like friends. The informal work place doesn't intimidate but helps to fell like you're at home. The management is made by polite and nice people.

Satisfaction comes with interesting projects. If you work with the wrong customers or in the wrong project you could feel frustrated.
