Owners don't know what they are doing; rude to staff that makes their lives easier, they change deals and discounts randomly and expect patients to just roll over and accept it, with no heads up to the patient, don't listen to feed back and no benefits that are worth staying for
Management is out to get you if they feel inadequate to you and rude to patients if they are flustered and not understanding them. They are young and inexperienced and feel above, even when trying to pitch ideas to better the shop. For the ideas they do take, they take to the owners and call it their own, happens way to often.
When it comes to hours and schedule, you have to always talk to them, you may have something set up and have talked about it over and over again, and they still didn't listen to what you needed off or on.
