Good exposure on different types of projects

This company consistently overloads its staff, routinely underbids projects to win work, and then blames its own teams when the unrealistic budgets and timelines inevitably fall apart. Architectural leads and project managers are held responsible for meeting expectations that were never achievable to begin with, and they’re frequently brought before leadership to justify “failures” that stem from systemic under-resourcing rather than poor performance. The result is a stressful, unsustainable environment with little regard for employee well-being or realistic project delivery.
