Aklamio stands out as a truly diverse company with a great work culture. Having worked for several big tech companies with less-than-ideal cultures (despite how much they promote their culture internally and externally), I can confidently say that Aklamio genuinely fosters an environment where employees thrive. They deserve recognition for the quality of people they recruit—everyone is respectful, kind, and dedicated to teamwork. There's a strong sense of collaboration, with colleagues always willing to lend a hand. The company also prioritizes work-life balance, it's rare to see anyone working late. Recently, we've made great strides in setting clear OKRs, goals, and a solid vision for the future—something that wasn't always as transparent in the past. And Aklamio also places a strong emphasis on customer relationships and satisfaction. Additionally, the offices are conveniently located in a charming part of Schöneberg, with very good coffee shops and restaurants, adding to the overall positive experience of working here.
Cons
Less company benefits than other similar companies in Berlin, but they are working on it. Career opportunities could be clearer.
