Having worked for several big tech companies with less-than-ideal cultures (despite how much they promote their culture internally and externally), I can confidently say that Aklamio genuinely fosters an environment where employees thrive.
They deserve recognition for the quality of people they recruit—everyone is respectful, kind, and dedicated to teamwork. There's a strong sense of collaboration, with colleagues always willing to lend a hand. The company also prioritizes work-life balance, it's rare to see anyone working late.
Recently, we've made great strides in setting clear OKRs, goals, and a solid vision for the future—something that wasn't always as transparent in the past. And Aklamio also places a strong emphasis on customer relationships and satisfaction.
Additionally, the offices are conveniently located in a charming part of Schöneberg, with very good coffee shops and restaurants, adding to the overall positive experience of working here.
