Since Akoni Technologies is premier partner of ServiceNow, all employees got unlimited access to ServiceNow nowlearning courses. They sponsored for my certifications. The work culture is inclusive and collaborative, with open communication at all levels. I felt supported by both my peers and leadership, who were always open to feedback and focused on creating a positive work environment.
