The employer understands his teams skillset, helps to grow by giving opportunities, bring you up to a particular level, increases responsibilities and enables you to grow together.

Cons

The company is flexible and understands the employee and does not questions on things like leaves, being late to office and also gives personal time at workspace. This is a good thing but employees should not take it lightly
