No pros, They will give tasks with out having the idea on that tasks, will expect by end of the day

Everything is crons. Managers are not with any kind on employees. They will fire the people with in a minute. Great Managers.

1)No job security, they will throw you whenever they want,even sometimes will tell you lie to make you leave job their and their reputation will be also be saved 2)No growth 3)Will make you work on sat-sun , even when they have a policy of sat-sun off 4)No confidentiality 5)Interfere in your personal life 6)Will force the employee to post a good review for them(I personally experienced it) 7)Will check your phone , blame on you for anything without giving you benefit of doubt.
