Cons
Upper management only cares about production numbers. Employees feel like they come in at dead last. No Preventive Maintenance, if you like to work with equipment that works well move on because most of not everything there is busted and needs fixed in someway and more than likely has been neglected for years. Low hiring standards, The turn over rate is by far the highest I have ever heard of. The people they get from temporary services have been hostile, arrogant, immensely inexperienced. Benefits are getting worse.
