Pros
The people are what makes Aktis special. The team gets along very well and are to work togeather to meet tight deadlines and objectives. Furthermore. the team often socialises outside of work and always eat lunch togeather, which says something about the culture in the office. Finally - 28 days holiday, unlimited work from home days, and £100 per month for gym and health benefits are also positives.
Cons
Overall salary could be better, however the company was in the phase of finding market fit. With a more secure revenue stream salaries would be better aligned.

- You will work closely with the senior management team, including the CEO, on the company's main projects; - You will be given room to grow while playing an important role in building the company's products; - Greatly diverse and inclusive culture; - Flexible working hours and work from home policy.
Cons
Nothing negative. As the company is still a start-up and is looking to achieve product-market fit, the strategic direction is continuously evolving and you will need to be motivated to adapt to changes in company strategy.
