      It's okay but they can do better

      They have a lof of activities and stuff. I work in a nice project :D

      Cons

      Hmm maybe a better payment, talking with others in the company I noticed that I get underpaid ($300 to $1000 in difference) it is no wonder that they have a strong policy against salary disclosure, since there is a large gap between one employee or another

      Impartial management and low salaries but nice culture

      1. Culture is nice. 2. You have free snacks and drinks. 3. You can work from anywhere around the globe, nice parties and the projects are good. 4. Sometimes there's nothing to do and they keep you there chilling, which is actually pretty nice.

      Cons

      1. The salary is pretty low (at least for non-favorite employees). 2. The employee support through personal matters is not equitable (again, available only for favorite employees). 3. They have their favorite group of people inside, which makes everything impartial, from the salaries to the responsibilities. 4. The new 5-star reviews written after this review are written by friends; They are even impartial in honest reviews.
