      - Salary on time, Cash risk allownces, ticket and leave salary.

      Cons

      - Micromanagment and toxic culture. - No life balance and unorganized schedule. - No annual increment and promotion based on mangers opinion and connections. - too much transfering to another branches, suddenly you will see your relocation email. - they will not hear your opinion and no body will listen to you.

      Outdated tech (struts) Irresponsible Managers No proper salary and PF credited. No hike. Poor salary 5 days WFO Strick working hours 10-6. Constant monitoring. Zero work-life balance. Constant workload and blame game. loss of self-confidence.
