illusion of good salary and benefits and work condition. good location of hospital . but it is all illusion and as other reviewers wrote this is your worst nightmare. why no locals working in the hospital is tell tale sign of hospitals reputation.

very bad administration. no local doctors . Egyptian hospital. reputation so bad now doctors with stamped visas not willing to relocate to Saudi . salary delayed. nepotism and other evils in the system. the hospital is tricking people due to madina al munwara. if this hospital was out of city there would have been rats roaming the hospital. dangerous place to get medical treatment as administration known to cover medical malpractice due to it being all Egyptian. no Saudis working in hospital . you should beware why no locals working in the hospital
