      Pros

      Al Fahim is a good name in Abu Dhabi. Working in core functions is a good learning experience. That's it....../.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work for. May still be a good name in Abu Dhabi but real situation is very bad. Full of politics. Most stupid functions are HR and Finance. Top management has seriously got to think about these. All good people get so frustrated because of their politics. Infighting between the top management another serious issue. Nobody bothers to think why majority of the new employees leave so soon. Only people remaining are either not getting better jobs (market is not very good) or oldies who are good for nothing.

      It still carries the good name which the founder of the group created from scratch

      Cons

      Everything. Low salaries, Bad management, no stability. Chairman and other management board members are full of arrogance and slowly killing the name and worth. Collected a number of sycophants at senior level who seriously are good for nothing. Incompetent chairman and his advisors.....

      I was handling a business unit under Alfahim Group, you get to learn a lot on the job and management is super supportive

      You need to be eager for development and work very hard to get up the corporate ladder
