      Pros

      Quickly growing company, with much opportunity for management to exert influence over decisions. Small management team means everyone works on some personal level

      Cons

      Very low salary scale. Somewhat unprofessional handling of management, because of small team mix. General manager lets personal emotions interfere with daily job requirements.

      Discount on retail stores, but not a big discount.

      Work life balance Management by fear Rude and passive aggressive management style 2 nationalities rule in the business, if you are not one of those 2. You dont have a chance

      lots of varied work, good office location

      Cons

      no work life balance, managers are the only ones who get to go on leave, managers are the last to arrive and the first to leave.
