No working strategy at all, it always changes as per the CEO mode, expenses take too much time to proceed (4 months for me), commissions paid after 3-5 months not once but divided on the rest of the year's months, the owner is the CEO and he always yelling at employees with high ego, no work appreciation, easy fire 90% of time with no reason (such as a smoker employee), no car policy.

Hard to remember what is worse, the work, the clients, the rules or the management, somehow they managed to combine all of that in one place

Cons

it's a blend of many bad things together, horrible management with no respect and they look at employees to obey without objections, overloaded with work with no care of employees personal time after working hours Being blessed to be away from such a place and wish the best to others facing it

The coordination between the units is not at the required level Most of the project's delivery issues are because of the contract and the missing is always from business units vendor management is not at the level necessary
