      Lack of proper management.

      Pros

      Good Brand Name, and well established in market. But not using it properly. Good potential for growing , but it seems not interested in potential business

      Cons

      Very bad politics inside the company ( Between the departments). Especially in the property management . One man show is going over by the Senior Manager. He mocks everything. No room for putting our efforts this person won't encourage. No effort to increase business

      Pros

      Their football tournament is fun.

      Cons

      Completely clueless place. They survive only because the competition is equally as useless. CIO of ARG can't spell IT, let alone deliver it. Be careful if you are considering working there, they will confiscate your password and cheat you anyway they can.

      Big groups do not mean great companies

      Pros

      Big, established, financially stable and renowned group of companies in the United Arab Emirates. No other pros come into my mind.

      Cons

      Extremely old fashioned way of management. Very unwilling to implement any changes or innovation. Promoting a kind of suspicious and distrustful environment among employees.
