We can learn lot of new things if we are ready to work hard

No appreciation for hard work.Nothing is systematic.Company does not have any proper rules and regulations.Worst top management system.Poor work culture.there is no good quality practice.

1. good big projects to learn 2. good co workers and helping superiors 3. efficient skilled workers and supervisory people 4. 2 day weekend. 5. good furnished accommodation 6. quality mess facility ( veg and non veg) 7. systematic at-least in employee personal services 8. easy procedure to travel home ( if in an emergency only) 9. Very big company....so you can learn so many procedures and techniques which are successfully implemented. 10. Indian management. 11.Lot of contracts ( recently awarded). So you can enjoy a sense of job security at-least for next 3 years.
