Cons
The HR dept. is very incompetent. What's that saying about one bad employee; well that is true at least in my experience being there for 4 years. This HR employee mishandled 401K's, payroll, benefits, severance pays, W2's and shorted employees on their PTO time. I'm not sure who she was related to but this horrible employee never got let go throughout all the issues that were brought to the Directors and VP. They go by a raise your hand method to learn other functions in other departments which aren't perinate to your job description. Although, this might be a plus on your resume and in regards to learning outside your scope of work; con is don't expect to get compensated for this. You will not be given an extra bump when reviews come around either. You will get your standard 3% and that is only if you meet your expectations throughout the year. On top of overworking you, you are required to complete the massive training hours and other Metrix given at the beginning of the year. Lastly, this is different work Culture indeed. You will be expected to accommodate to the Mexico team. There is no balance, you work on their schedule and if there are any errors its that you didn't accommodate to Mexico team procedures which are totally different from what you are told in the US.
