We appreciate the feedback. We realize our pay needs to go up with the industry, that is why we have an option for the best performing drivers to earn up to $.03 cpm more (bringing them up to $.40cpm). This plan has been in effect now for around 3 months and has paid out to over 70% of the fleet. While we feel like this is a significant opportunity for drivers to earn more, we are not going to stop there - we plan to continue to raise base pay as our budget allows over the next year. Night dispatch - we were made aware of the night dispatch issue around the time of your departure and we have been working on taking care of the issue. Our biggest challenge is finding night shift employees, but we have gotten ourselves to a point where we feel we are appropriately staffed.
