The management is overpaid, incompetent, dishonest, and present based on nepotism. People with no business being in a classroom, much less a corner office, are given control of entire academic labs, promoted to Vice Presidents and they harass staff and faculty to retain students who entered with an 11 ACT. The management regularly engage in unprofessional gossip, smear tactics, and back-biting--the type beyond the average academic department. You will see a clear line of someone's cousin, sorority sister, or friend being given a 100k salary and management title while they run around for someone to manage.

Lack of support from upper management, the immediate supervisor is combative, rude, and confused; you, there is no room for growth, and they make their own policies without any system of checks and balances. You have no support. You have to watch your back, front, and side.
