Pros
The benefits package was pretty good and decently priced compared to other employers.
Cons
Unfair treatment of some employees while coddling others. Management ignores issues and needs of staff below them. Management seems improper fit to be running this kind of company. Bait and switch tactics - hire you for supposedly one job and 'reassign' you to new job to 'fit company needs'. Some employees allowed to abuse others while a blind eye is turned to them.
