Lies, lies, lies. Told my title title would be one thing. But once hired found out the DM gave me a lower title but expected the same work. Told would get raise after 90 days and with evaluations but didn’t get because of supervisors performance. They hire only temps then when business slows a little won’t allow temps to come in and expect everyone else to take on the workload of 3-4 people. How much you pay on insurance and how many paid holidays you get are based on where you work. If you work in education they take out your insurance as though you only work 32 weeks which increases the premium amount and if you work in education you get less holidays days than other departments. This is even if you work more than 32 weeks. Insurance premiums are extremely high. They don’t provide nor post a hotline number employees can use if they have complaints or feel mistreated. If you contact a department such as HR, Accounting, etc they tell you to contact your local manager and they are very rude. They expect new people to know procedures they were never given. There is nowhere to move up. Not everyone get the benefits listed on their website. The core of this company is lies and deceit.
