Pros

Managing posed a great opportunity to lead staff members as well as interacting and assisting guests in a new way. The cleanliness is what really stands out to me, after various jobs, the values of Aladdin's will always stick with me. That being said this has been the cleanest restaurant I have worked at and perhaps been to. The food is great and healthy, it makes the discounts matter.

Cons

Pay is difficult to maintain and not consistant however 100% of your tips goes to you. When I first started working (in Powell) it was very easy get hours, when I moved to another location in Worthington I got very few, there was also some issues with other staff getting along.
