Pros

This session asks for 5 word minimum , but literally “NOTHING “

Cons

Let me start with the pay , you get get paid peanuts for working atleast 12hrs a day . I was on biweekly pay . Also the job description on the post is not gng to match the job you are gng to be asked to do . The medical insurance plan is very bad No 401k You get a Christmas bonus , that’s nothing and only if you are their yes man . You will see the sales team and the executives getting all the fruits of your labour . Now the management: The onboarding was really bad I had no idea who I was reporting to directly until 6 months ,I worked less than a year there . The top 3 executives, the president,VP of sales and VP of finance , these people basically run the company. (It’s a small company with big tittles ) No vision whatsoever, I guess giving their employees mental breakdown everyday is the vision , I don’t know ! Very nepotic dynamic , if you are not close to them or wanted by them , no matter how much impact you make to company is not gng to be enough . They have a few people who survive by constantly throwing the new employees under the bus . No proper structure , anyone trying to introduce that will be fired , coz then they won’t get to do what they want to do . You question them ,challenge them ,you are fired . Since it’s a family owned business it’s even more chaotic. Oh also shouting at employees and harassment is encouraged . Qualification needed to join this company : You need to be un intelligent and obedient , it’s not like they are doing rocket science ,so that’s all you need .

Cons

Senior management is very toxic. Will not take responsibility and will let new employees be scapegoat. Long working hours which is expected in production but no fair compensation A certain nepotic dynamic in the senior management has caused imbalance in power which has led multiple co-workers to not trust the HR.
