Be prepared to be treated horribly here. On the outside there are many nice perks, but like I said all perks come at the price of your sanity.
As an employee I felt abused here. I do not know anyone who survived their trial period. They say the work is remote, but you feel punished if you do not come into the office very often (I had people suggest I take an 2 hour train one way every week to come to the office just for the day).
They use negative reinforcement and shame to encourage you to get your work done as quickly as possible. If you question the status quo, you are also punished. People will act friendly when you meet with them, and afterward talk badly about you behind your back. You never feel you have the truth or you can trust anyone.
For having an extremely long recruitment process (around 7 steps which took over 2 months to complete) they should not be firing everyone immediatly. When I mentioned I was shocked by this, I was casually told they sometimes fired people in less than a week. How unfair, that gives people no time to learn and grow. They treat being fired as incredibly normal, which it is not.
I have met up with ex-coworkers (again, none of us survived the trial period) and they mentioned how traumatized and scared they were to leave a review and have to re-live the nightmare of working here. Plus the severe imposter syndrome they now struggled with, which they did not have before.
I cannot emphasize enough to those in the interview process to NOT work here. I wish I had listened to the little voice inside me that told me something was wrong. Not to mention when I worked there they were not profitable, despite having hundreds of employees and renovating the office. They will gaslight you, chew you up, and spit you back out again. They do not follow anything they have in their 'mission'.
