    Everyone here is very supportive. Everyone wants to help you be your best. A lot of opportunity to learn different jobs within the company. Great travel benefits. Good bonuses and raises. Work from home.

    Can't work more than 100 miles from a call center.

    Work to enable call center agents to work anywhere in the US.

    Depending on when you are hired you could be on reserve for a long time.

    Explain commuting and reserve prior to class starting so that people can make a better decision if they want that lifestyle before they take someone else's spot in class.
