Management is terrible, lack of communication, favoritism, total lack of direction, no advancement, poor work environment, poor benefits, all in all management made this place a very poor work experience. The job itself and people I worked with were somewhat alright but there is tons of favoritism and if you aren't in the "in crowd" you're out of luck! The management was terrible though. My boss would hardly speak to me and showed extreme favoritism towards my female co-worker. There was no on- boarding or job training at all. I had no idea what my expectations were and the communications was zero. When I went to have an adult conversation with my boss regarding how I felt, instead of trying to see what he could do to fix the issue, he pitched a three year old fit and escorted me out of the workplace that same day like I was a criminal or something. I would not recommend working here to anyone. Avoid this place at all cost. Management- I won't call them leaders because they certainly are not even close to that are terrible!
