High pay with bonuses, even on your first month

Cons

Workload is just too much for commercial team. Meetings here and there and can take up your entire day-as much as 12 meetings a day. No psychological safety as colleagues are not willing to help you out and will talk behind your back. You will be told to 'hit the ground running' and they will seek talents that do so until they hire those who will have the tolerance to stay.
